Do I Need a Visa?
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the purpose of your visit. It is highly recommended to check Chinese Visa Application Center or contact the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date information.

Types of Visas

Business Visa (M Visa): Suitable for participants attending business meetings, conferences, or exhibitions.

Tourist Visa (L Visa): For those planning to visit China for tourism purposes, including attending exhibitions.

Transit Visa (G Visa): For travelers passing through China en route to another country.

China’s Visa-Free Policy for Foreigners (2024.11.30 – 2025.12.31)

30-Day Visa-Free Entry Policy for Citizens of 38 Countries

Until December 31, 2025, citizens holding ordinary passports from the following countries can enter China visa-free for business, tourism, visiting family and friends, exchange visits, or transit for a stay of up to 30 days:

France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Australia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Slovenia, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, South Korea, Brunei, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, and Japan.
